I believe in transparency and want you to feel informed and protected throughout your home-buying process. While I strive to provide the most thorough inspection possible, it's important to understand the nature of a home inspection and why additional protection options may be beneficial.
If I miss anything that is required by TREC/InterNACHI standards, InterNACHI will buy the home back for the full price you paid. Valid up to 90 days after closing.
Short-term protection plan covering mechanical and structural components for 90 days from closing.
