By accessing this website or scheduling an inspection with Wittner Inspection Services, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Wittner Inspection Services, LLC provides residential and commercial property inspections and related add-on services across South Central Texas. An inspection is a non-invasive, visual assessment of the readily accessible components of a property at the time of the inspection. Our report reflects the inspector's professional opinion based on what was visible and accessible on that day.

Inspections are not technically exhaustive and do not include destructive testing, dismantling, or warranties unless specifically stated in writing. The report is not a guarantee or insurance policy regarding the future condition of the property or its components. Any separate warranty or guarantee program is governed by its own terms, which will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit. The balance is due before or after the inspection as agreed. Accepted payment methods and current pricing are provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made with insufficient notice.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to the deposit.

Inspection reports are prepared for the client who contracted the inspection and are intended for that client's use. The report may not be reproduced or relied upon by third parties without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an inspection is limited to the fee paid for that inspection. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
